The passion behind ES African Kitchen comes from our owner, Gifty Ofori Frimpong, who grew up in Africa enjoying wonderful homecooked pan-African food. When she moved here, Gifty Ofori Frimpong missed the bright, vibrant flavors of her childhood and decided to open ES African Kitchen to share authentic pan-African cuisine with the local community.
