medaase. i've been looking for ghanaian food for years and had no idea that it was in my own city! thought i had to wait to go to the motherland to try some. food is absolutely amazing. the sobolo was just as i expected, it's actually a lot better than how i make it. the rice, fufu and the soup was perfect as well.

So I came here twice to get an experience for my birthday I can say the food was flavorful but my palm nut soup had no meat in it just bone the peanut butter chicken was ok. They did not have beef Pattie’s so I came back and got 10 of them this is what I got breading was delicious but the meat was not done and was very little all together I spent about 65$ and had to throw away all but the peanut butter chicken. Was not a good experience for me.

First time having west African food. I loved every bit of it and will be going back on a regular basis.

I got Fufu & Egusi Soup with Jollof rice and chicken.. Let’s just say run don’t walk, authentic flavors and extremely fresh! The two women there were so sweet and I will be back. The portions are enough to last for 2 days also lol.

The food is great, the service is great, and the experience was exceptional. The restaurant is small, but big in spirit. I had Pounded Yam and Spinach Sauce (recommend). I also had Egusi Soup and Jollof which were tasty. If you're looking for authentic Ghanaian food, made with love, this is the place.
